Registration for our 2010-2011 Fall/Winter House League program will be this Saturday, August 28th from 1-4 p.m.  I am attaching copies of all forms that will need to be turned in at registration for your convenience. Please try to fill these out in advance and take a look at the checklist to make sure you have everything you need before coming to registration.

 

JUST A REMINDER:  In order to register as a participant in any of our programs, you will need to have registered or renewed with USA Hockey.  You can do that by visiting their website at www.usahockey.com and clicking on the Membership link in the upper right corner of their front page.  Please print a copy of the Confirmation to turn in with your paperwork or make a note of the number on the player information form that is part of the registration package.  YOU CANNOT REGISTER WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION.

 

The Carolina Ice Palace is undergoing renovations so you will need to enter at the back of the rink.  Please look for the signs for the rink entrance and where to park.  We will be set up right inside the doors.  It is going to be close quarters in there, so having your paperwork ready beforehand will help us process registrations quickly.  If you have any questions about registration, please contact Terri Mills at villageful@aol.com or call her at 843-343-7812.

 

If you have an outstanding balance from last season, it will need to be taken care of beforehand with our Business Manager, Diane Rhodes.  If you know you have a balance due, please make sure you have contacted her to clear it up before registration.  She can be reached at hdtr67@yahoo.com or by calling her at 843-847-7900.

 

HOUSE LEAGUE EVALUATIONS: House League Evaluations will be held on Sunday, September 12th.  All registered players are asked to be there.  This evaluation enables us to evenly create teams within the House Program. 

 

Evaluations for the Junior Stingrays teams will also be done at this time.  Please make sure to indicate on the Player information form whether you have an interest in being a part of the Junior Rays teams or not to help us in the formation of these teams. 

 

Times for evaluations are as follows:  Mites and Squirts: 9:30-10:30 a.m.; Pee Wees and First Year Bantams: 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.; 2nd year Bantams & Midgets: 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. 

 

 

USED EQUIPMENT SALE: We will be having a used equipment sale on Saturday, September 11th from 1-4 p.m.  If you need equipment or have equipment you need to get rid of, this is the perfect time to do it.  Contact Tammy Heinold at kheinold@comcast.net for more information.

 

FREE HOCKEY DAY:  If you know anyone who has an interest in playing hockey, this is a great time for them to come out.
